KB (Katie Blue)
KB (Katie Blue), (age 12) also known as the "New Girl," is shy and feels most comfortable blending into the back of a classroom. She has few friends - not because she's not likeable, but mainly because she and her mother - a single parent - have had to move a lot. If you're patient and you get to know KB, you'll see that she is very nice and can be a good friend. However, she's very sensitive - someone who always worries about embarrassing herself in front of other kids, particularly those in the "in" crowd.
